(TSX VENTURE:SSN) is pleased to announce that pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at its annual and general meeting held on June 5, 2017, the Company has changed its name to “Magnolia Colombia Ltd.” The Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the name “Magnolia Colombia Ltd.” at market open on June 14, 2017 with the new trading symbol “MCO”.
