OneREIT (TSX:ONR.UN) announced today the voting results from its Annual Meeting of Holders of units and special voting units (the “Meeting”) held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 in Toronto, Ontario.
The total number of units and special voting units of OneREIT (“Units” and “SVUs”, respectively) represented by holders of Units and SVUs (“Unitholders”) present in person or by proxy at the Meeting was 38,574,110, representing in total 39.96% of OneREIT’s issued and outstanding Units and SVUs. On a vote by a show of hands, Unitholders voted in favour of all items of business, including the election of each of the five trustee nominees proposed by management.
The voting results for the election of trustees based on the Units and SVUs represented at the Meeting by Unitholders present in person or by proxy, including proxies held by management or the trustees, were as follows:
