Superior Plus Announces November 2017 Cash Dividend, Completion of the Acquisition of International Dioxide, Inc. and Upcoming Events

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – Nov. 6, 2017) –

November 2017 Cash Dividend – {$content}.06 per share

Superior Plus Corp. (“Superior”) (TSX:SPB) today announced its cash dividend for the month of November 2017 of {$content}.06 per share payable on December 15, 2017. The record date is November 30, 2017 and the ex-dividend date will be November 29, 2017. Superior’s annualized cash dividend rate is currently {$content}.72 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.

Completion of the Acquisition of International Dioxcide, Inc.

Superior Plus Corp. is pleased to announce that it has closed the previously announced acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of International Dioxcide, Inc. (“IDI”) from LANXESS Corporation. The purchase price was paid with cash from Superior’s credit facility.
