Yamana Declares Second Quarterly Dividend at New 100% Increased Level

TORONTO, Oct. 24, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — YAMANA GOLD INC. (TSX:YRI; NYSE:AUY) (“Yamana” or the “Company”) declares a fourth quarter dividend of $0.01 per share (annual $0.04 per share).  Shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2019, will be entitled to receive payment of this dividend on January 14, 2020.  The dividend is an “eligible dividend” for Canadian tax purposes.The dividend reflects the level increased in the third quarter, which was a 100% increase over the previous level.
