The distribution is payable January 15, 2020 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2019.
As of December 13, 2019, the Company will convert all outstanding shares of its 6.50% Series A-4 Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock and all outstanding Series A-4 preferred OP units issued by its operating partnership into shares of common stock and common OP units, respectively.
