(“Enercube”) and PowerHaz Energy Mobile Solutions Inc. (“PowerHaz”), from Cellcube Energy Storage Systems Inc., has been terminated. Enercube Switchgear Systems Inc. (“Enercube”) filed for Bankruptcy on December 17, 2019 and as a result the transaction is unable to proceed.
