Due to the public health impact of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) and to protect the well-being of its employees, stockholders and other stakeholders, the location of the annual meeting has been changed to a virtual format only.
As previously announced, the annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 8:00 a.m., Eastern Time. Online access to the meeting will begin at 7:45 a.m. Eastern Time. Stockholders will not be able to attend the annual meeting in person.U. S. Steel stockholders, as of the close of business on March 2, 2020 (the record date for the annual meeting), are entitled to join the live virtual meeting.
