VBL has also issued to the investors, in a concurrent private placement, unregistered warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 6,349,208 of VBL’s ordinary shares. The warrants have an exercise price of $1.45 per ordinary share, are immediately exercisable and will expire on November 11, 2020. The registered direct offering closed on May 11, 2020.
