Michael C. Voinovich Elected to the Boards of Directors of Middlefield Banc Corp.

MIDDLEFIELD, Ohio, May 14, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Middlefield Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: MBCN) (“Middlefield”) today announced Michael C. Voinovich has been elected to the Board of Directors of Middlefield Banc Corp.  Mr. Voinovich fills a vacancy left by William A. Valerian, who retired from the Board of Directors of Middlefield Banc Corp. effective May 13, 2020.
