(NYSE: BKH) today announced the pricing of a registered public debt offering of $400 million aggregate principal of 2.50% senior unsecured notes due June 15, 2030. Black Hills Corp. expects the offering to close on June 17, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for repayment of short-term debt, working capital and general corporate purposes.
