XP Inc. Announces Pricing of Public Secondary Offering of Class A Common Shares

SÃO PAULO, Brazil, July 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — XP Inc., or XP (Nasdaq: XP), announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 19,535,420 Class A common shares offered by General Atlantic (XP) Bermuda, L.P. and XP Controle Participações S.A. at a public offering price of $42.50 per share.
