(TSX-V: CUSN), (“Cornish Metals” or the “Company”) announces that further to its news release dated July 9, 2020, its name change from Strongbow Exploration has come into effect. The Company’s shares have commenced trading under the new name Cornish Metals Inc. and new ticker symbol TSX-V:CUSN.

Shareholders are not required to exchange their existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the new company name and Company shares held electronically will be booked automatically.
