West Mountain Environmental Announces Extension of Maturity Date of Bond

CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – May 9, 2016) – West Mountain Environmental Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:WMT) announces that the maturity date of its convertible 6.5% secured bond has been extended to May 13, 2016. The Company continues negotiations with the holder of the bond for a further deferral.
