Onex Confirms Election of Directors

Onex Corporation (“Onex”) (TSX:OCX) has confirmed the nominees set forth in the management information circular for the 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of the Company. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual Meeting on May 12 in Toronto are set out below.
