Ithaca Energy Inc. (TSX: IAE) (LSE: IAE) (“Ithaca” or the “Company”) announces that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of shareholders is to be held on 22 June 2016 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Mr Jack Lee, Non-Executive Chairman, will be retiring from the Board following the AGM, as will Mr Frank Wormsbecker (Non-Executive Director). Mr Brad Hurtubise, currently a Non-Executive Director of Ithaca, is proposed to succeed Mr Lee as Chairman. These changes will result in the number of Directors on the Board reducing from nine to seven.

Annual General Meeting Notice
