VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwired – June 1, 2016) – Candente Copper Corp. (TSX:DNT)(LMA:DNT) (“Candente Copper” and/or the “Company”) announces that it has requested permission from the TSX to delay its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) until August 31st, 2016.
Candente Copper CEO Joanne Freeze commented “the Company had been undergoing a comprehensive review of strategic alternatives that coincided with the original AGM date. As a result, we felt it would be prudent to reschedule the AGM for a later date after the strategic review had concluded”.
