Quorum Information Technologies Appoints Daniela Trnka as Investor Relations Consultant

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) (“Quorum” or the “Corporation“) is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement (the “IR Agreement“) with Daniela Trnka to provide investor relations services to the Corporation, effective October 1, 2016. The IR Agreement provides that Ms. Trnka will be compensated for services rendered on an hourly basis and be reimbursed for applicable expenses by Quorum. The Corporation estimates the cost of these services to be approximately $3,000 per month.

Ms. Trnka has extensive investor relations experience, having worked in the field for over fifteen years. She has most recently served as a Senior Account Executive for a national investor relations and strategic communications consulting firm and previous to that acted as an independent investor relations and corporate communications consultant to a number of TSX listed companies. She has served as the Vice President, Corporate Development with a Calgary based software development company, where she also held a position on the Board of Directors. Ms. Trnka has previously worked in corporate development, corporate communications, as a business writer and has served as a Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Ms. Trnka received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary in 1995 and completed the Canadian Securities Course through the Canadian Securities Institute in 2006. She currently serves as the Chief of Team Finance, Men’s Teams for the Lake Louise Alpine Ski World Cup, Race Organizing Committee, and has previously sat on the Alberta Chapter Board of Directors for the Canadian Investor Relations Institute.
