Fronsac Announces Three Acquisitions

MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(Marketwired – Oct. 17, 2016) – Fronsac Real Estate Investment Trust (“Fronsac REIT” or “Fronsac“) (TSX VENTURE:GAZ.UN) is pleased to announce three (3) acquisitions expected to close in the coming weeks. The properties are located in Pierrefonds, Saint-Jérôme and Repentigny, in the province of Quebec. The Pierrefonds and Saint-Jérôme properties are operated as Tim Hortons restaurants and the Repentigny property is operated as a service station under the Couche-Tard banner. Total consideration to be paid for these properties is $4,175,000 and will be settled in cash. The property will generate approximately $264,000 in net operating income on an annual basis.

The properties are being purchased from a third party with no previous ties to Fronsac. The expected closing date of the transaction is scheduled to occur in the coming weeks and is subject to customary conditions and the approval of different competent authorities on the subject, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, where required.
