VANCOUVER, BC–(Marketwired – November 16, 2016) – Foran Mining Corporation (TSX VENTURE: FOM) (“Foran” or the “Company”) today announced its financial results for the three-month period ended September 30, 2016. The Company recorded a net loss of $173,542 or $0.00 per share (basic and diluted). This compares to a net loss of $274,757 or $0.00 per share (basic and diluted) for the three-month period ended September 30, 2015.
As at September 30, 2016, the Company had a total of $1,216,349 in cash and cash equivalents and working capital totaled $1,178,779.
The unaudited Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2016, along with Management’s Discussion and Analysis, have been filed on SEDAR and are available at www.sedar.com.
