Rockcliff Announces Annual Meeting Voting Results

TORONTO, ON–(Marketwired – November 24, 2016) – Rockcliff Copper Corporation (“Rockcliff” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE: RCU) announced that, at the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on November 22, 2016, all nominees listed in the management information circular (the “Circular“) dated October 12, 2016 were elected as Directors of the Company. The voting results on the election of .Directors were as follows:

Subsequent to the meeting, the Directors re-appointed Kenneth J. Lapierre as President and CEO and Daniel Crandall as CFO. The Directors appointed William R. Johnstone as Corporate Secretary.
