A US State and a Canadian Province choose SmartGuide® for their constituent-centric service delivery

MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(Marketwired – March 29, 2017) – Alphinat (TSX VENTURE:NPA) is proud to announce that a US State and a Canadian Province have selected SmartGuide in their effort to modernize their digital government service delivery to their constituents. SmartGuide changes existing methods of creating web and mobile applications, minimizing time-consuming custom programming while promoting reuse of existing applications and systems.

The complete separation of concerns afforded by SmartGuide allows the IT department to focus on the infrastructure, technical conventions, connections to existing systems and security while business subject matter experts expand on that foundation to convert their knowledge and know-how into citizen-centric online services.

“The decision driver is always Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and quality of service” said Philippe Lecoq, Alphinat CEO, explaining why all levels of government trust SmartGuide.
