FAIRFIELD, Conn., Nov. 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Acme United Corporation (NYSE American: ACU) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a new stock repurchase program of up to 200,000 of its outstanding common stock. The Company may also repurchase up to 17,999 shares under a repurchase program announced on November 22, 2010.
