Agility Health Expands Partnership With Boeing and Starts a New Clinic at Border Therapy Services, LLC

GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN–(Marketwired – May 16, 2016) – Agility Health, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AHI) (“Agility Health” or “the Company”), a leading provider of rehabilitation and software services that benefit patients, healthcare providers and employers, announced today the expansion of its service relationship with The Boeing Company and the opening of a new clinic.

Work-Fit, a subsidiary of Agility Health, is expanding its injury prevention services within the Fabrication Division of Boeing. Work-Fit anticipates an increase in its services of more than 70 percent at three current Boeing locations within the Puget Sound area of Washington. In addition, Work-Fit will provide services to two new Boeing locations: Portland, Oregon and Salt Lake City, Utah. This expansion complements existing services provided by Work-Fit at other Boeing locations across the country, and comes on the heels of a previously announced expansion of services in October 2015. The services Work-Fit provides are a key component of Boeing’s innovative Industrial Athlete program.

“We are delighted to continue to expand our relationship with The Boeing Company,” stated Steve Davidson, CEO of Agility Health. “This latest expansion is evidence of continued support for on-site athletic training services that are focused on injury prevention. We are pleased to be able to assist our corporate clients, like The Boeing Company, in managing healthcare costs while also working to create a positive and healthy environment for their employees.”

Border Therapy Services, LLC, one of the Company’s subsidiaries, has opened a new 2,400-square foot outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Horizon City, Texas, a suburb of El Paso. This is the second clinic that Border Therapy has opened in the greater El Paso area in the last 24 months, and brings the total number of Border Therapy clinics to five.

“We are excited to continue the expansion of Border Therapy’s services in the greater El Paso market,” stated Mr. Davison. “The new clinic is a reflection of the tremendous growth that Border Therapy has experienced over the last several years and extends our strategy of identifying “greenfield” expansion opportunities within our existing footprints.”
