VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 09, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AIP Realty Trust (the “Trust” or “AIP”) (TSXV: AIP.U) today announces that the failure to file cease trade order (the “FFCTO”) issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on May 6, 2024 has been revoked effective today and Canadian trading in the class A trust units of the Trust will resume. The FFCTO was issued following the Trust’s delay in filing its audited consolidated annual financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis and related CEO and CFO certifications for the year ended December 31, 2023 and accompanying management discussion and analysis prior to the applicable deadline.
