NEWMARKET, ON–(Marketwired – May 10, 2016) – The Company is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has approved an increased quarterly dividend of CAD $0.065 per common share, to be paid July 14, 2016 to shareholders of record at June 30, 2016. This represents an increase of 8.3% over the previous quarterly dividend of $0.06.
