(NASDAQ: AMAG) today announced that Edward (Ted) Myles, Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer, is leaving the Company. Brian Piekos, Senior Vice President of Finance, has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer and will become a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. Anthony (Tony) Casciano has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and will add significant operational responsibilities to his role in addition to leading commercial operations.
