Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. Announces Pricing of $275 Million Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

UNIONDALE, N.Y., Feb. 19, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE:ABR) announced today that it has priced a private placement of $275 million aggregate principal amount of 4.50% senior unsecured notes due 2027 (the “Notes”). The sale of the Notes is expected to close on or about March 4, 2020, subject to the execution of definitive documentation and satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay secured indebtedness.The Notes will not be registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and are being offered and sold in reliance of an exemption from registration provided by Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act.
