ArcelorMittal announces the issuance of €750 million 2.250% Fixed Rate Notes under its €10 billion EMTN Programme

Luxembourg, 17 January 2019 – ArcelorMittal announces the issuance of €750 million 2.250 per cent. Notes due 2024 (the “Notes”). 

The issuance closed today. The Notes were issued under ArcelorMittal’s €10 billion wholesale Euro Medium Term Notes Programme.

The proceeds of the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes.
