Arizona Mining Announces Closing of $36 Million Bought Deal Offering of Common Shares

VANCOUVER, BC–(Marketwired – December 06, 2016) – Arizona Mining Inc. (TSX: AZ) (“Arizona Mining” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed the previously announced bought deal offering of common shares (the “Offering”) for gross proceeds of C$36,005,250. The Offering was made through a syndicate of underwriters led by Scotia Capital Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., RBC Capital Markets and TD Securities Inc., and including Raymond James Ltd.

Arizona Mining plans to use the net proceeds of the Offering to fund further drilling, engineering and technical studies for its Hermosa Project, property acquisitions and general working capital purposes.

The common shares to be issued under the Offering have been offered by way of a short form prospectus in all of the provinces of Canada (excluding Quebec) and in the United States on a private placement basis pursuant to exemptions from the registration requirements of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “U.S. Securities Act”).
