Arkadia Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: AKC.P) (“Arkadia“), a capital pool company, announced today that it is moving to NEX, a separate board of TSX Venture Exchange, effective November 7, 2016, due to its failure complete a Qualifying Transaction (as defined in TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.4) on or before TSX Venture Exchange’s discretionary deadline of June 2, 2016.
In connection with its move to NEX, Arkadia cancelled and returned to treasury a total of 1,344,672 Seed Shares (as defined in TSX Venture Exchange Policy 1.1) that were held, directly or indirectly, by the following persons: Carol Olive, Christopher Robbins, Dave Drover, Dennis L. Nerland, Q.C., Edward J. Kalthoff, Jarrett Kalthoff, Leonard Danard, Marlene Kalthoff, Robert Danard, Ryan Danard, Wilson Olive, and Zachary Kalthoff.
