Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company (a “Share“) and one transferable common share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant“). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional Share at a price of $0.25 per Share for a period of two years.The proceeds from the sale of the Units are intended to be used for general working capital.
