ATW Tech Fixes Terms of Private Placement

MONTREAL, March 12, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ATW Tech Inc. (theCompany” or “ATW Tech) (TSX-V: ATW) wishes to fix the terms of its previously-announced private placement, which will consist of an offering of between 12,000,000 and 30,000,000 units, each at a price of $0.05 for total gross proceeds of between $600,000 and $1,500,000. Each unit will consist of a common share and one of one common share purchase warrant, each full warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share for a period of 36 months at a price of $0.08.
