The Toronto Stock exchange has granted the Company an extension to hold its annual general meeting this year on or before July 10, 2024. The Company did not hold its Annual General Meeting within six-months of its year end due, in part, to continuing operationalization and integration of a significant new business unit together with a significant increase in employees and contractors to our Canadian workforce to support the new business unit together with the retirement of our previously Chairman of the Board and appointment of a new director as a replacement, along with our regular reporting obligations and business operations.
