(“BioSyent”, “the Company”, TSX Venture: RX) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.045 per common share, payable in Canadian Dollars on March 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 29, 2024. This first quarter 2024 dividend of $0.045 per common share represents a 12.5% increase from the fourth quarter 2023 dividend of $0.040 per common share. This dividend qualifies as an ‘eligible dividend’ for Canadian income tax purposes. The declaration, timing, amount and payment of future dividends remain at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
