Black Iron Announces 2024 AGM Results

TORONTO, June 04, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Black Iron Inc. (“Black Iron” or the “Company”) (TSX: BKI) reports, in accordance with the policies of the Toronto Stock Exchange, that the nominees listed in the management information circular dated April 26, 2024 were elected as directors of the Company at the annual and special meeting of shareholders of the Company (the “Meeting”) held today.

Shareholders at the Meeting also approved the Company’s stock option plan (the “Stock Option Plan”), the Company’s deferred share unit plan (the “DSU Plan”) and the appointment of the Company’s auditors. A total of 39,200,560 common shares were voted in connection at the Meeting, representing approximately 12.9% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
