(the “Company“) (NEX:CAK.H) is pleased to announce that its board has approved the issuance of 520,000 stock options (“Stock Options“) to directors, officers, and consultants on April 17, 2017. Each Stock Option is exercisable into Common Shares at a price of $0.10 per Common Share for a period of five years from the date of issuance, subject to continued affiliation with the Company with accordance with the Company’s stock option plan.
