(NASDAQ: CTRM), (“Castor” or the “Company”), a global shipping company specializing in the ownership of dry bulk vessels, today announced that the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was duly held on October 21, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. local time at the Company’s executive offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
