VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwired – June 23, 2016) – Diversified Royalty Corp. (TSX:DIV) (the “Corporation” or “DIV”) announces an update on the timing of the John Bennett sentencing date.
As previously disclosed, Mr. Bennett’s sentencing date in the United States was scheduled for June 27, 2016. The sentencing date has been rescheduled to August 9, 2016. As such, the ruling on the confirmation of Mr. Bennett’s verdict by the trial judge in the United States will now occur on or before his sentencing date of August 9, 2016.
