DOUGLAS DYNAMICS ANNOUNCES PRECAUTIONARY TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ITS FACILITIES

MILWAUKEE, March 17, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Douglas Dynamics, Inc. (NYSE: PLOW), North America’s premier manufacturer and upfitter of work truck attachments and equipment, today announced that it will temporarily close all U.S. locations effective Wednesday, March 18th through Sunday, March 29th. At this time, the Company plans to reopen its facilities on Monday, March 30th.
The Company made this precautionary decision to protect the health, safety and well-being of its employees and their families, and to support the public health efforts to reduce transmission of the COVID-19 virus. To date, the Company is not aware of any employee at any facility who has tested positive for COVID-19.Bob McCormick, President and CEO, explained, “We are taking these precautionary measures to protect the health and safety of our employees, which will always be our number one priority.
