Eastern Zinc Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 26, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Eastern Zinc Corp. (“Eastern Zinc” or the “Company”) (CSE:EZNC | OTC:ETZCF) is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of 40,000,000 units (the Units”) of the Company at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $2,000,000 (the “Offering”).  Each Unit consists of one (1) common share of the Company (the “Common Share”) and one (1) transferable common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”).  Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one (1) additional Common Share for a period of 2 years from closing at a price of $0.15 per common share. The securities issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a four (4) month hold period.
