Eastmain Resources Inc. (TSX:ER)(OTCQX:EANRF) (“Eastmain”) is pleased to announce that it proposes to complete a private placement (the “Offering”) of 6,000,000 “flow through” common shares (“FT Shares”) at a price of {$content}.38 per FT Share to raise aggregate gross proceeds of ,280,000.
Eastmain intends to use the proceeds from the Offering to incur qualified Canadian exploration expenses on the Company’s Clearwater, Eastmain Mine and Eleonore South JV projects in James Bay, Quebec.
All securities to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a four month hold period from the closing date under applicable securities laws in Canada and among other things, receipt by Eastmain of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the TSX Exchange. Closing of the Offering is anticipated to occur on or before December 18, 2017.
