(NASDAQ: SOLO) (“ElectraMeccanica” or the “Company”), a designer and manufacturer of electric vehicles, announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with institutional investors to sell an aggregate of 10,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of US$2.00 per share for gross proceeds of US$20,000,000 (the “Offering”). The Offering was priced “at market” under the rules of the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The closing of the Offering is expected to take place on or about June 12, 2020, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
