(NYSE:ERA) (“Era”) announced today that on April 21, 2020 it repurchased an aggregate of 54,099 shares of its common stock at an average price of $3.64 per share, on April 22, 2020 it repurchased an aggregate of 46,027 shares of its common stock at an average price of $3.81 per share and on April 23, 2020 it repurchased an aggregate of 24,036 shares of its common stock at an average price of $4.23 per share under its previously announced special stock repurchase program, which allows for the purchase of up to $10 million of its common stock (the “Program”). All shares of common stock repurchased under the Program will be held as treasury shares.
