GBLI Holdings, LLC to Redeem 7.75% Subordinated Notes due 2045

BALA CYNWYD, Pa., July 15, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — GBLI Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a subsidiary of Global Indemnity Limited (Nasdaq: GBLI), today announced that it will redeem all of GBLI Holdings, LLC’s outstanding 7.75% Subordinated Notes due 2045 (CUSIP No. G3933F 121) (the “Notes”) on August 15, 2020 (the “Redemption Date”). On the Redemption Date, GBLI Holdings, LLC will pay to the registered holders of the Notes a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the Redemption Date. As of July 15, 2020, $100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Notes were outstanding.
