(TSX VENTURE:WDG) (the “Company” or “Giyani”) was in technical default as a non-venture filer of the provisions of NI 51-102 requiring the Company to file its Three Months Ended March 31, 2016 Financial Statements and MD&A by May 16, 2016 being 45 days after end of the year resulting from its listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”). The Company remedied this default by filing its Financial Statements and MD&A on May 27, 2016.
