RICHMOND, BC, Sept. 23, 2015 /CNW/ – Great Canadian Gaming Corporation [TSX:GC] (“the Company”) announced today that it has received the necessary governmental approvals for its acquisition of the assets and undertaking of Casino New Brunswick from Sonco Gaming New Brunswick Limited Partnership, as first described in the Company’s press release on May 12, 2015. With this final prerequisite now completed, the acquisition is expected to close in early October 2015.
