(“Hawk” or the “Corporation“) (TSX VENTURE:HWK.A) announced today the completion of its previously announced acquisition by Kaisen Energy Corp. (“Kaisen“) of all of the issued and outstanding Class A shares of the Corporation (the “Shares“) pursuant to a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) (the “Arrangement“).
It is expected that the Shares will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange effective at the close of business on July 18, 2016.
Hawk shareholders who have not already done so should submit the certificates representing their Shares to Computershare Investor Services Inc., the depositary pursuant to the Arrangement, together with applicable letters of transmittal in accordance with the instructions set out therein in order to receive the cash consideration that they are entitled to receive pursuant to the Arrangement.
