(“Heartland”) (NASDAQ: HTLD) today announced an agreement pursuant to which an underwriter has agreed to purchase 3,260,870 shares of Heartland’s common stock from a selling stockholder, which will be offered to the public at a price per share of $20.50. In addition, the underwriter has a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 489,130 shares of common stock from the selling stockholder. Heartland will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
