High Arctic Announces AGM Results

High Arctic Energy Services Inc. (TSX:HWO) (“High Arctic” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce the results of the Annual General and Special Meeting of the shareholders of High Arctic held on May 10, 2017. All matters put forth were approved, including the election of each nominee named in the Corporation’s information circular dated April 5, 2017 as directors of the Corporation. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors, which was conducted by ballot, are set out below:

In addition to the annual resolutions, including the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditors, resolutions were passed approving certain amendments to the Corporation’s Stock Option Plan and approving the adoption of a Performance Share Unit Plan and a Deferred Share Unit Plan for the Corporation.
