High Arctic Energy Services Inc. (TSX:HWO) – “High Arctic” or the “Corporation” announces the retirement of Christopher Warren and Dennis Sykora from its board of directors effective November 30, 2016. These retirements are part of the ongoing board succession planning which saw the appointment of two new directors to High Arctic’s board earlier this year in anticipation of these retirements.
Mr. Warren has been a director of High Arctic, and its predecessor, since May 2005 and Mr. Sykora was an executive with High Arctic from April 2007 until September 2014 and has been a director since June 2011.
